Access to Your FilesWe offer our consultants and clients File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access to their specific project files in a secure and efficient manner. Typically these FTP accounts are setup by each individual project managers. The files within each directory are maintained and are current. Systematically, the server will be cleaned and our files are backed up and removed from the server to preserve disk space and usage. If you are having trouble remembering either your username or password please contact Joel Torielli to gain access to your files. If you are having errors in accessing your files you may contact us using our Contact Form to report errors. From time to time FTP access can be difficult to rely on. For these reasons we suggest downloading a dedicated FTP client such as FileZilla. Clients such as this are more reliable in establishing a direct connection. We strongly suggest using a dedicated client over Microsoft Internet Explorer® or Microsoft Windows Explorer®. |
