Who We Are

We are a medium-size firm that routinely manages large work volumes. We consistently deliver positive results for our clients. This is, in part, because we have forged strong, competitive alliances with resources all over the U.S., as well as in Europe and the Far East. Because these are competitive alliances instead of corporate connections, WJCA is able to respond more quickly and cost effectively to client needs. We are often able to respond even more quickly than firms with multiple offices.

What We Do

We listen closely to clients' requirements and goal statements. We build a scope around the clients' needs and we support that scope with a time and action plan, as well as with a list of deliverables.

We monitor the status of our projects and we watch for creative opportunities to manage and navigate the hurdles and challenges that are typical of today's design and construction environments. We work with approval authorities to solve problems so that our clients' projects are completed successfully.

How We Do It

We monitor our projects and stay on top of project status and progress. We keep an eye on target dates for project completion.

This may sound simple, but most organizations allow challenges and hurdles to excuse performance and goal achievement. We do not make excuses because this takes us away from our primary focus of helping clients achieve their objectives. Our commitment to these ends is incomparable.
