Public ProjectsWJCA provides planning and design services for many of its clients. Most planning work requires interaction with local Planning & Zoning Boards and WJCA has an extensive track record of working with local boards and agencies to reach successful site planning solutions. WJCA also provides professional services on public projects, as in the example pictured. This project depicts a facility for a public athletics program that included a commercial kitchen, public restrooms and maintenance/janitorial storage. The project was designed to complete a collection of public facilities and open spaces by providing these ancillary, but necessary functions for public convenience and use. |
