Office / WarehouseWorking with a Developer/General Contractor, WJCA designed and documented the facility in compliance with local design guidelines and planning standards. The phased approach to the project included a master site plan that provided for expansion of the facility for anticipated phases. Construction documents for Phase 1 were developed to adhere to cost objectives established by the Client-the project was completed on schedule and budget. This included site work, shell construction and interior fit-out, the professional services for which were all provided by WJCA. |
