High Rent Districts

In shopping areas like Times Square, the exorbitant rent costs can cause value-oriented retailers to pass on high sales volume opportunities. These clients require creative solutions that enable them to maximize sales to non-sales ratios. In this project, the client decided to rent space on a different level at a much lower rent-this helped improve performance of the outlet but required innovative thinking with regards to material-moving systems to bring merchandise to sales area.
