Bill Commer founded WJCA in 1994. Bill has a bachelors degree in Building Construction, and a masters degree in Architecture and English. Bill posses a unique experience and perspective gained through over 35 years of professional experience. The educational background in Architecture and Construction Management prepared him to provide design solutions that are practical and cost effective. His work experiences sharpened his ability to anticipate and deliver to clients the value-added solutions and services that meet and exceed their expectations. He serves as President of WJCA Architecture.
