Playa Vista California
WJCA designed the Samsung Corporate Offices in Playa Vista, CA. This space was 9,400 square feet. WJCA listens acutely for a project’s specific program requirements and to make sure that the Clients’ needs are met. Samsung’s programing called for a work environment that was edgy, comfortable, and unmatched technology. WJCA worked closely with Samsung stakeholders to meet the expectation fully.
Overcoming Challenges
High quality sound separation was something we needed to take into account between the active international office environment and private VIP/Celebrity meeting spaces. Another challenge on this project was Specialty Code Compliance related to sub-surface off gassing. Despite the challenges, WJCA was able to design a corporate space for Samsung. The unique rooms included their social media command center, conference room, and their briefing room.
